The fee covers conference material, one buffet lunch and three coffee breaks. 
The program of the conference includes a social dinner on June 10 and a visit to the Biennale: both are add-ons and are not included in the regular fee.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

A limited number of rooms are available on the island of San Servolo on a first come, first served basis.
You will receive an application form in PDF format by email that you need to fill out if you wish to apply for one of these rooms.
The rates are:

  • Single room: 83 euro/night (breakfast included)

Venice City Tax: 4 euro per person, per night
