VIULectures in March

VIU will host several guest speakers for interesting lectures during March.

Gianni Toniolo, former Dean of VIU, will give a lecture on March 15 on the History of Venice and the Veneto and will contemplate on the future of the city (jointly with International College Ca' Foscari)

John Callaway of the University of San Francisco will give a lecture on March 20 on the restoration of wetland ecosystems using as a case study the San Francisco bay. 

On March 22, which has been designated by the United Nations as World Water Day, VIU will host an interdisciplinary workshop on management, preservation and improvement of water resources (jointly with International College Ca' Foscari).
